The federal government wants a PCR test done within 96 hours before departure and preferably within 72 hours for inbound passengers.
But this has not been easy for many inbound passengers facing challenges while trying to meet the government’s requirements on coronavirus testing on arrival from other countries.
Many passengers have expressed frustration in accessing the online portal, the costs of the test on arrival, duplicated charges and inability to trace the approved laboratories.
