The new additions, alongside Chief Kanu Agabi and Uchenna Njoku, will represent Kanu in court on April 29, May 2, and May 6. Kanu, detained since his 2021 rendition from Kenya, deemed illegal by the Court of Appeal in 2022, faces charges linked to his separatist activities.
The bolstered legal team signals a robust defence amid ongoing tensions in southeastern Nigeria.
