Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, has signed the Law a bill to prohibit open cattle grazing and trespass of cattle on Land in Lagos State, and for connected purposes, Njenje Media news reports.
By this act, the Bill has now become a Law and now a legal offence for herders of cattle to openly herd the animals.
Njenje Media News recellas that the promulgation of the anti-open grazing law is one of the resolutions passed at the end of the first Southern governors forum’s meeting in Asaba.
