ADC chieftain Peter Obi yesterday joined the Papal Nuncio, Archbishop Jude Thaddeus Okolo, to lay the foundation stone for the Sacred Heart Primary and Secondary School in Ozubulu.
Obi described the event as a deeply fulfilling moment that reinforced his belief in education as a key driver of societal transformation.
Obi pledged to support the project until its completion by providing a monthly subvention, stressing that the school is intended to serve generations of children, especially those who may not otherwise have access to quality education.
He noted that the initiative reflects the value of shared responsibility and sustained commitment, underlining education as a vital investment in building the nation’s future.
