Matthew 18: 18
“Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”
In the spirit realm (e.g. heaven), things are bound and loosed. Whatever is done at that level cannot be undone by physical means.
Maybe, just maybe, that difficult problem needs spiritual intervention. It can even be a bad habit that grieves your soul.
Jesus once told His disciples a particular problem wouldn’t go without prayer and fasting.
Matthew 17:21
“Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.”
Yea, there are problems you can tackle with your intelligence, your money, medicines, counselling, avoiding some quarrelsome people etc.
But there are those Jesus describes as “this kind” that will not go out of your life, except “by prayer and fasting”. Except you go spiritual. Except you speak the word of God to them in faith. Or, you gather the elders to tackle it with the “prayer of faith”.
Why not go spiritual more than ever before to deal with that “this kind” wahala wey dey pepper you? Now!
But don’t wait to enter wahala before going spiritual. Go spiritual to defend yourself, family and friends before the enemy arrows reach you.
Psalm 91: 5 – 6
“You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, not for the destruction that lays waste at noonday”.
So, be on the defensive. Armies prepare for war in the time of peace.
