Maazi Nnamdi Kanu, the Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has blasted Nigerian internationals, Kelechi Ihenacho and Wilfred Ndidi who both ply their trade in England Football club, Leicester City over their conducts in the wake of Leicester City win over Chelsea FC at the weekend, Njenje Media News reports.
Ndidi and Ihenaecho had proudly adorned the Nigerian flag in celebration of their first FA Cup win but the IPOB Leader was visible miffed by the action, recalling that Gerard Pique who had over 103 appearances for Spain still used the seccessionist flag when celebrating.
Nnamdi Kanu took to his Twitter to write:
“Gerard Pique is a World Cup winner with over 103 caps for Spain. He never turned his back against Catalonia freedom. Severally, he has shown open support for Catalan freedom. But our Iheanacho & Ndidi with #Zoo flag?” Shame! Difference btw White man & his Black counterparts”
