Obidient Movement Gets New National Coordinator
The Obidient Movement is set to have new leadership following the resignation of Yunusa Tanko as its National Coordinator after his appointment as Special Adviser on Northern Nigeria to Peter Obi.
The development was announced by Maazi Ezeoke, headmaster of the Village Boys Movement, who said Tanko would be replaced by Dr. Moses Paul as the new National Coordinator.
In his message, Ezeoke wrote: “My brother, @YunusaTanko, has stepped down as the National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement following his appointment as Special Adviser on Northern Nigeria by His Excellency, Mr. @PeterObi.”
He added: “As he takes on this new responsibility, Dr. Moses Paul steps in as the new National Coordinator of the Movement.”
Congratulating both leaders, Ezeoke said the leadership transition would not alter the movement’s objectives.
“Leadership may change, but the mission remains the same: building a better Nigeria and advancing the cause of good governance,” he stated.
Ezeoke concluded: “Congratulations, brothers. The journey continues!”
