Tragedy occurred in Ibadan, Oyo State at the Cocoa House as the elevator in the building collapsed leaving at least one person dead with four others sustaining various degrees of injuries, Njenje Media News reports.
Vanguard News had reported that the faulty elevator collapsed on Wednesday morning, when some technicians were working on it to make it functional.
It was gathered that when the elevator fell, one of the technicians died instantly while four others sustained injuries.
