APC Governors DG resigns
Salihu Lukman, the Director-General of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), has resigned from his position, Njenje Media News reports.

His resignation is coming on the heels of the controversy surrounding the planned convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Some of the governors of the ruling party had called for his resignation during a meeting at the federal capital territory (FCT) on Sunday night.
The Buni-led caretaker committee of the ruling party has in recent times tinkered with the date of the convention, drawing the ire of many party stakeholders, especially the camp loyal to the former Governor of Lagos State, Chief Bola Tinubu.
