At the resumed sitting of his treasonable felony trial, the Counsel to the Federal government applied that the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, be remanded in the custody of the Department of State Security pending the continuation of his trial.
Njenje Media News reports that Justice Binta Nyako granted the application pending when Mr. Kanu’s counsel is notified of his arrest.
Nnamdi Kanu was hooded in black and Sneaked out of Court by the DSS through the exit used by Judges.
Matter adjourned till 26th July.
