"Don't leave a legacy of bloodshed", northern youths tell Buhari

Some youths in northern Nigeria are enraged at the Presidency over what they described as silence and failure to visit states ravaged by insecurity in the region.

They described silence by the President and Commander in Chief of the armed forces as ‘reckless’.

The youth were on the streets of Zaria, that’s in Kaduna state protesting killings, abductions and other extremist activities in the region.

They were armed with placards – on them various inscriptions chanting songs.

The youth have appealed to the President to address lingering security challenges in the country and ensure he does not leave a legacy of Bloodshed.

They add that failure to do so will make him remembered as the President who came to salvage the nation from insecurity but left it worse
