Air Vice Marshall (AVM) Ben Chiobi, is a retired Air vice Marshall.
He is a graduate of University of Abuja and Nigeria Defense Academy, Kaduna.
AVM Chiobi is a security and management expert who hails from Abagana in Njikoka LGA.
He was once the Managing Director, Anambra Fire Services and was newly appointed Special Adviser to the Governor on Security matters. He previously served the immediate past Governor on Creative Security.
