The Governor of Bayelsa State, Mr Douye Diri has said the idea of the constitution of a regional security outfit is still in the agenda of Governors of the Southern states, Njenje Media News reports.
The Governor made this known during an interactive session with Christian leaders in Bayelsa state.
The Governor in his remarks also made a case for true federalism as a yardstick in curbing the current security challenges in the Niger Delta region.
