The Police in Ondo State in collaboration with hunters have arrested two suspected kidnappers in Akoko area of Ondo State, Njenje Media News reports.
According to reports, one of the two suspects was nabbed inside the forest in Ikaram Akunu axis while efforts were on to rescue two farmers who were kidnapped last week.
One of the suspects was seen as somebody with mental disorder but spoke fluent English during questioning about his activities in the area.
The suspected mad man was immediately arrested and further search on him led to discovery of ATM cards, soap box, black dresses and black underwears.
TVC News reports that Ondo Police spokesman, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro, who confirmed the arrest said efforts were on to rescue the two farmers.
