Governor Babagana Umara Zulum of Borno State has promised to subsidise the cost of fuel for farmers in Damasak, head town of Mobbar Local Government Area of the state, to enhance food security.Damasak, one of the agricultural hubs in Borno, is gradually recovering from a decade-long crisis orchestrated by Boko Haram insurgents.
