Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere of the OPM ministries has offered to relocate the family of late Deborah Samuel to Rivers State even as he offered to sponsor all her siblings to school, Njenje Media News reports.
The clergyman also wants to grant Mr. Samuel a payable job and open a shop for Deborah’s mum.
