Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Farouk Yahaya is in Gusau, the Zamfara state Capital on a visit to the State, Njenje Media news reports.
The COAS will be addressing troops deployed to keep peace in the state and thereafter will be meeting Governor, Bello Matawalle at the Government house to discuss security issues.
The Chief of Army Staff is accompanied by senior army officers and heads of security agencies in the state.
