Alex Iwobi Robbed at Knifepoint, £500,000 in Valuables Stolen

Super Eagles midfieder, Alex Iwobi has reportedly been the victim of a high-value robbery, with items worth about £500,000 stolen during an incident at his residence.

 

According to reports, the Super Eagles midfielder was confronted by attackers armed with knives, underscoring the severity of the situation. The assailants allegedly made away with luxury wristwatches, jewellery, two iPhones, and a MacBook.

 

It was further gathered that Iwobi had approximately £200,000 in cash at the time, which was also taken during the robbery.

 

Authorities are said to have begun investigations into the incident as efforts continue to track down those responsible.

 

The midfielder recently featured for Fulham F.C. in their Premier League fixture against Burnley F.C., where Fulham secured a 3–1 win.
