*ANAMBRA STATE POLICE COMMAND SUSTAINS THE CAMPAIGN/ ADVOCACY AGAINST ILLEGAL SIT-AT-HOME: GOES AROUND THE CITY TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF THE ORDER AND THE NEED FOR A RETURN TO NORMALCY IN THE STATE*

 

The Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command *CP Ikioye Orutugu, fwc mnips PhD* while going around the city to educate Ndi Anambra about the negative impacts of the illegal order of sit-at-home, noted that the State mainly survives on buying and selling and encourages Ndi Anambra/residents to go about their lawful businesses without fear. The Command has further assured that the Police and other security agencies have taken over the streets, especially on Mondays, to sustain safety in the State. Ndi Anambra are therefore urged to go about their various businesses without fear of molestation and that:

 

_Anybody that says you should sit at home on Monday, your reply to the person should be: “Gwo Gwo Gwo Ngwo”_
