Alhaji Isyaku Rabiu, the owner of IRS airlines and brother to the chairman of BUA group during a conference monitored by NjenjeMediaNews had lauded Peter Obi as a leader in the ranks of Chief Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Sir Ahmadu Bello.

According to him, “I am glad that when we talk about Nigeria, we refer to Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Chief Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir Ahmadu Bello. Some of you here are great grand children of those leaders. If anybody is to ask you to refer to any other leader apart from them, I am glad we can add one and that is Gov Peter Obi. One thing people do not know about Peter Obi is that he just did not become a governor, he was a very successful businessman, one of the early billionaires that Nigerians don’t know. I know when he was a governor, he stood his ground and acted like a servant of the people who was willing to put his life and worked hard, determined, dedicated, responsible and patriotic top the Nigerian nation and people. I remember he does not go around in convoys. Any ordinary Nigerian that is lucky to be a governor elected into office by the people, the next day that he is sworn into office, he will be on the road with sirens and those same people that voted him into office will be pushed off the road because he is a governor, a big man, has the biggest houses and the biggest cars with monies in his pocket. That was why when he said something about followership not doing their responsibility, I agree with him”
