BREAKING: President Tinubu Appoints Femi Gbajabiamala As Chief Of Staff, George Akume As SGF

Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu has made new appointments following his inauguration as the country’s 16th President.

Njenje Media News reports that the Nigerian leader has approved the appointment of the current speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila as his Chief of Staff. He also appointed former Benue State Governor, George Akume as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF)

In a statement by Abiodun Oladunjoye, the Director of Information of the Presidency, Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia will serve as the Deputy Chief of Staff.

PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS FEMI GBAJABIAMILA COS, SEN. IBRAHIM HADEJIA, DCOS, GEORGE AKUME, SGF

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Friday in Abuja announced the appointment of Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila as Chief of Staff, and Sen. Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, as Deputy Chief of Staff.

In a meeting with Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), the President also named former Governor of Benue State and immediate past Minister of Special Duties, George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
