Nigeria raising generation of depressed people – ID Cabassa

Popular music producer and singer, Olumide Ogunade, professionally known as ID Cabasa, has said Nigeria is raising a generation of depressed people.

ID Cabasa stated this on his social media page while expressing concern over the mental health of Nigerian youths.

Pointing out the prevalence of depression and addiction to hard drugs among the youths, the music producer noted that the country is potentially losing a generation to the twin scourges.

“We are raising a generation of depressed people who are addicted to drugs.

“During the COVID-19, we took care of a depressed top artist who was seriously addicted to drugs”, he said.
