Arnold and Associates Group has unveiled a new renewable energy arm, Arnold and Associates Energy Nigeria Limited, as part of a broader push to deliver dependable alternative power solutions in response to Nigeria’s ongoing electricity shortages.
Group Chief Executive Officer, ESV Ekweoba Arnold Chukwuebuka, said the firm’s move into the renewable energy space is motivated by the urgency to offer stable and affordable options to households and businesses affected by the country’s unreliable power supply.
He described the creation of the subsidiary as a strategic expansion step designed to make solar energy more accessible to homes, corporate bodies and public institutions. Arnold added that the nation’s inconsistent electricity has pushed up business running costs and placed pressure on family finances, making solar systems a practical and sustainable alternative.
He emphasised that the company’s investment aligns with global trends toward cleaner energy and will support productivity while promoting environmental responsibility.
To strengthen its market entry, Arnold and Associates Energy Nigeria Limited has sealed a partnership with Global Energy Star Limited, distributors of Lutian Solar products. The collaboration is expected to boost the firm’s ability to deliver certified solar systems backed by maintenance and after sales support nationwide.
Arnold noted that the company will provide sales, installation, advisory and maintenance services to guarantee optimal system performance. He added that operations are currently coordinated from Abuja, Asaba and Awka, with delivery services available to customers across the country.
The organisation also announced that customer enquiries can be made through its official service line, 0814 365 4596, and reaffirmed its commitment to product quality, reliable service and continuous investment in Nigeria’s expanding renewable energy market.
