Isaac Fayose, the younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has called for an investigation into the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, over allegations of bribery.

In a video shared on X, Fayose expressed disbelief that someone could allegedly establish a government related parastatal without the authorities being aware. He also criticized the lack of action from anti corruption and security agencies regarding the allegations.

His comments come after the self described Director General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, PFIPC, Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, alleged that Gbajabiamila received N400 million through a proxy and later demanded an additional N200 million to facilitate his appointment.

“Nigeria has gotten to a point where an individual can open a fåke presidential office and collect money from people in the name of the government. What a country. Yet, up till now, the EFCC and DSS have not arrested anyone.”
