A former Managing Director of DAAR Communications PLC, Dr Don Pedro Obaseki, has said berated Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari over his comment and threat against the people of Nigeria and the South-Eastern part of the country in particular.

The Video Interview on Njenje Media TV

The media executive made this known when he appeared as a guest on a Virtual Interview program: “Addressing ‘The Dot In Circle’ In Buhari’s Interview, A Return To 1966?”, anchored by Maazi Tochukwu Ezeoke and Njenje Media TV.
While showing his displeasure at the ‘dot in the circle’ statement by President Buhari, Dr Obaseki claimed The United States and other international communities have seen clearly how Mr. Buhari has a declared ISIS/ISWAP sympathizer in his government, reiterating the ethnic cleansing and agenda of his administration.

In his words:

“We are the first Africans ruled by certified terrorists, which is the truth, which is why we still haven’t declared Boko-Haram a terrorist organization.”
“I am happy that Mr. President did what he did and that is the clarion call to all of us to be thinking about how do our people survive this clear onslaught, this belly veiled declaration of war on the people lower the Niger or even before them, for the people underneath the entire caliphate is what we face, anything less than that is playing ostrich, that is clear.”

The founder/CEO • ACC BROADCAST MULTIMEDIA Ltd, further affirmed that those who have been referred to as the ‘dot in the circle’ in the past have always emerged victorious at the end of the day, taking precedence from other nations of the world.

“But I must say this dot in the circle always wins, the history of the world has proven that he can go to Westmore, he can ask those in Israel, he can ask, it’s clear. The minorities will win because the world is so skewed thus and these minorities are those who are so upwardly mobile that we have changed the Nigerian engagement with the outer world, so the 1967 narrative cannot fly. That is the truth”

Speaking further on the alleged threats of the president against the Ndigbo, he said:” I want to quickly reiterate some of the things said so far so that we don’t lose track. What Buhari has done in that dot in the circle statement is simply a threat to those who are living in that part, It is a piece of gray propaganda, trying to mix lies with truths, it is pure sophistry.”
He recalled that in January 2015, when he did a documentary titled ‘The Real Buhari’ that led to the closure of African Independent Television (AIT) , whence he said in the last line of the clip “that the rain may beat the leopard but it would not wash off its spots and spots of Mr. President, of Mr. Buhari has so become so clear and the shelter he provides is simply for his ethnic nationalities”.

Obaseki further noted that the President is unwilling to make amends or even pretend to make amends and thus unapologetically has his agenda to threaten the existence of those who he feels are beneath him.
“The nation is a state of mind and in state of mind of Mr. President, his brothers who he said in that interview from Western Sudan and Central Sudan and other parts of Fulanized West Africa, are first and foremost the people in his mind.”
“So if anybody within our space, our own in the Midwest, we are clear, we are not making any noise, it is not necessary, it is clear from now on, the gloves are off. And we have a President who is unwilling in any way particular to even make amends or pretend to even make amends. He is not pretending, it’s there, you can see it in the tenets of his face, the Buhari we knew as a young man in the university, who joined to kill my friends then, is till the Buhari we have and that Buhari cannot be allowed to ride offshore of the people who feed this nation.”, he added.
