Media Executive, Maazi Tochukwu Ezeoke has reacted to the latest report by StatiSense which placed Anambra State as the number one in Out of School Children in Southern Nigeria
In the new report, Anambra State was ranked highest with 21.3 percent in the Primary school session and second with 13.2 percent in the lower secondary school session “Of Out Of School Children In The South Of Nigeria 2021.
Reacting to the new report which he described as unacceptable, the Njenje Media CEO called on the Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo to do something drastic to reverse the situation.
He wrote:
“Dear Prof. @CCSoludo, the report here placed Anambra on top of the list for out of primary school children in the whole of South! It is unacceptable, we must collectively reverse this within the shortest possible time. Please mobilise whatever that is necessary to to end this!”
