Some of the Nollywood actors have taken to social media to mourn the late actor Kamal Adebayo professionally known as Sir K, who died on Tuesday.

The celebrities who took to their Instagram pages displayed pictures of the deceased with crying emojis to express their emotions.

Femi Adebayo said, “Rest in peace sir Kay. May Allah comfort the families you left behind.”

Veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, a.k.a Ogogo, wrote, “Goodnight Sir K. Words fail me. Truly, death is a debt we all owe. Orun dakun ma kanju moo, gbogbo wa lanbo.”

Actress Bimbo Thomas said, “Sir Kay, you were not just a senior colleague or a brother to me, you were my guy, my inner core. Words fail me, this was not the plan oloun, this wasn’t.”

Similarly, actress Wunmi Toriola wrote, “This is a rude shock. I saw him last at an event, he was so full of life. Sir K, Ha erin wo, May God rest your soul and give your family the fortitude to bear this great loss. I’m pained but who can question God?”

The late Adebayo who was the father of a popular skit maker, Abidemi Adebayo, better known as Isbae U, was noted for playing the bad boy role in movies and he is also known for his distinct slang and wordplay.
